Events
As part of our events, we collect so-called mandatory data in order to reserve your place as a participant, to carry out the event and, if it is a subsidized or fee-based event, to document and invoice it accordingly. No personal data will be passed on to third parties with the exception of the anonymized organizational affiliation. This will be transmitted to the speakers - without any further data - only for the purpose of planning and implementing the event in line with their interests.
Our Newsletter
On our website you are given the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. In the newsletter, we inform customers and business partners about our offers at regular intervals. Our newsletter can only be received if the data subject has registered for it via the input mask. Which personal data is transmitted to the data controller can be seen from the input mask used for this purpose. Applications / Application procedure
The controller collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant submits corresponding application documents electronically, for example by e-mail, to the controller. If the controller concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If the controller does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be automatically deleted six months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of the controller stand in the way of deletion. Other legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

We use the provider YouTube, among others, for the integration of videos. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC, headquartered at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Inc. with headquarters at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. You can recognize the YouTube plugins by the YouTube logo on our site. YouTube receives the information that you have visited our site with your IP address. We embed Pageflow on some of our pages. The operator of the corresponding multimedia reportage tool is Codevise Solutions Limited, Deutz-Mülheimer Straße 129, D-51063 Cologne, Germany. We only embed the teaser of the multimedia report so that the user has to start the application with one click.
